1. Congratulations on winning both the Best Use of Social Media award, and the Best Website award at the Studio Partner Awards. What do you think were the key factors that helped you win these awards?

Keeping customers up to date

Thank you very much. I think the fact that we appear on 9 different social media platforms. We share a wide range of different and informative posts helped us earn the Best Use of Social Media award. Our website is constantly undergoing changes to keep our customers up to date with events and news, as well as new ranges we offer. We strive to ensure our online presence is relevant to all, whether it be items on social media or just on the web.

2. What is the most satisfying aspect of working at Regal Kitchens and what is the culture like here?

Family run business

Regal Kitchens is a family run business and most of us have worked together closely and successfully for years. We are all quite relaxed but professional and try to create a sense of community within our showrooms

3. What do you pride yourselves on delivering to customers?

Client is king

We pride ourselves on a high level of service and treat customers the way we would expect to be treated. Our tagline ‘where client is king’ is our ethos and we really do live by it.

4. Where and what do you take your inspiration from?

Each customer has different ideas

Our client’s enthusiasm gives us all a lot of inspiration! Each customer we work with has a totally different set of ideas of what should be included in their kitchen, how it will look and how they will use it over its lifetime.

5. What do you think makes Regal Kitchens stand out from the crowd?

Educating customers

We’re not always sales orientated. We try to educate our customers with information on what goes into a new kitchen, as well as new recipes, kitchen gadgets and hacks to make us more approachable. Not everyone wants a new kitchen now but it is likely that they will at some stage.

Cookaholics Club

We pride ourselves in our Cookaholics Club. It’s essentially a club for like-minded cooking enthusiasts who want to get the most out of their kitchens. We hold free workshop-style events for our existing and new customers. These range from butchery lessons and cake baking workshops to wine tasting evenings..

6.What has been the biggest kitchen trend that you have seen this year, and what do you anticipate to be the biggest trends for next year?

Gorgeous Grey

GREY! We love all the new shades of grey that are appearing through all our suppliers. In frame and painted timber also seem to be very popular at the moment and that looks set to stay for a while.
